Terms of Sale — Colors Premium on the web

These terms apply when you buy Colors Premium on the Colors website. They are offered by Tap Get (details at the bottom). Questions: hello@amicolorblind.com.

What you get

Colors Premium unlocks the unlimited live camera, Enhance mode, every vision type, swapping and adding as many of your own photos as you like, and the split-screen share, on the browser where you subscribed, and on other browsers through your restore code. The colour vision game is always free.

A web subscription does not unlock the Colors iPhone app, which is sold separately through the App Store.

Prices and renewal

Plans are offered yearly or weekly. The price, any introductory offer such as a free trial or a reduced first period, and the price that follows it are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT. Where sales tax applies instead, as in parts of the US and Canada, it is shown and added at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If a plan starts with a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email, or in Settings under Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If you are in the EU or UK and change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund that payment. Outside that, payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Not a medical service

Colors is for curiosity, education and fun. The colour vision game and the simulations are not a medical test, measurement or diagnosis, and are not a substitute for an eye examination. Screen, lighting and settings all affect what you see.

Availability

We aim to keep Colors available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. If we ever stop offering Premium, we will stop renewals and refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Otherwise, Colors is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. That does not take away the protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
